Founded in 1994 by Rob King, Green Street Studios is a boutique sound facility in Sherman Oaks, CA, just minutes from Hollywood. What began as a small private studio has grown into a full-service audio production house specializing in AAA video game voiceover, including casting, directing, and recording. Beyond games, Green Street has delivered audio content for film, television, advertising, music, web, and multimedia projects. About Rob King
Rob King is a 30+ year veteran of audio for games, music, and media, with credits on more than 180 titles. His work includes acclaimed projects such as Dune: Awakening, Grounded 1 & 2, Avowed, Suicide Squad, Mortal Kombat One,Hogwarts Legacy, Jedi: Survivor, Company of Heroes 3, Apex Legends, Halo Infinite, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Age of Conan, Never Winter Nights 2: The Storm of Zehir, Silent Hill: Homecoming, The Everquest Series, Fable II & III, Scarface: The World Is Yours, and the beloved Heroes of Might & Magic series, among many others.
Rob began his career in the late ’80s producing pop and rock records before entering game audio in the ’90s as Audio Director at New World Computing, where he helped shape the Heroes of Might & Magic franchise. He later served as Audio Director at Trion Worlds and VC Mobile. Over the years, he has worn many hats—Audio Director, Sound Designer, Dialogue & Casting Director, Mixer, Composer, and Producer. His contributions extend beyond games to television trailers (I Am Legend, Watchmen, We Are Marshall, Clash of the Titans), Nickelodeon’s Legend of Korra, independent films, and music projects, including co-producing and mixing Troy Baker’s Top 20 AOR album Sitting in the Fire.
Rob continues to balance creative direction with hands-on audio craftsmanship, making him a trusted collaborator for top studios and publishers worldwide.
